I've always wanted one of these! The machine feels great, it's really heavy and sturdy. We gave it a whirl last Saturday and found it was pretty easy. You just need to make sure you let the sheets rest for a while (eg 15 mins) to dry out before you try to put them through the fettuccine/linguine bit or you just get a gummy blob out the other end :)<br /><br />And it was great fun turning the handle and seeing the fettuccine come out the other side!<br /><br />Oh and an important point is that the pasta tasted great.<br clear="all" />MildlyCraftyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12457934048415822973noreply@blogger.com
